tVetWiki - New Wiki on TVET Research and Development |

Just recently a Wiki was launched for the purpose of community research in TVET.
The introduction to the Wiki reads as follows:
The original idea was to create an open workspace to promote intercultural understanding of terms and concepts that are related to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). For this purpose we have launched the first working area 'Concepts and terminologies'.
However, when we were taking our first steps to implement this idea, we became aware there are several related issues that can be treated in a similar way. This led to the idea that this wiki should have an open structure that allows the users to add more working areas. In this respect we have added the two other areas - 'Standards and framewoks' and 'Project work'.
For each major topic there will be a section on the main page. This will give a brief description of the said issue and link to the topic main page. For making the site more communicative we ask the contributors to identify themselves. For that purpose we will use the 'Community Portal' space for brief presentations of the contributors.
Finally, this site focuses on topics that are related to the field technical and vocational education and training.
