Conferences: Workshop on the Qualification of TVET Experts |

A workshop entitled "Innovation and Internationalisation in the Qualification of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Experts" adressing Asia and South Asia will take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from November 22nd until November 25th 2006. The workshop is jointly organised by the Department of Technical Education and Training of Sri Lanka (DTET), the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the United Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Network on Innovation and Professional Development (UNIP), and UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and
Vocational Education and Training.

European Hangzhou follow-up conference postponed |
 |
Because beginning of December seems to be a very busy period for interested individuals, the European working conference on the international Masters Framework for TVET teachers (MF-TT) titled "Promoting professionalisation and innovations in teacher education for technical and vocational education and training (TVET)" had to be postponed. The new dates for the conference are Monday, February 6th and Tuesday February 7th at Akershus University College (HIAK).

ECER 2005 - DUBLIN |
 |
The next European Conference on Educational Research, organised by the European Educational Research Organisation will be held at University College Dublin on 7-10 September 2005. The Postgraduate and New Researchers' Pre-Conference will take place on 5 & 6 September.
The deadline for submission of proposals for ECER 2005 Dublin is TUESDAY 1st FEBRUARY 2005.
