<title>UNIP-Europe: Report on the outcomes of the Working Conference in Oslo (6.2.-7.2.2006)</title>

<description>The European working conference of the UNIP network was organised in Oslo on 6.2.-7.2.2006 jointly with the Akershus University College (HIAK) and the UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre. The conference took decisions to launch the European section of the UNIP network (UNIP-Europe) and elected a Regional Board. Prof. Anne-Lise Höstmark-Tarrou from HIAK was elected as the first chair and Pekka Kämäräinen as the secretary. The concluding session approved also an Action Plan for the year 2006 and agreed on the joint Oslo Memorandum.

<description>Because beginning of December seems to be a very busy period for interested individuals, the European working conference on the international Masters Framework for TVET teachers (MF-TT) titled &quot;Promoting professionalisation and innovations in teacher education for technical and vocational education and training (TVET)&quot; had to be postponed. The new dates for the conference are Monday, February 6th and Tuesday February 7th at Akershus University College (HIAK).
